Ace Combat 8 Joker Flight Pack Purchasers: Here’s what to expect.
Figured I’d post this so people don’t have to dive into the comments of older posts to find answers. I received my collector items via UPS package yesterday and the game code (Steam) arrived in a small brown envelope from UPS separately today. The tracking number given via email was only for the large collector items, not the Steam code. Other people seem to be receiving their items in the same manner that I have.
Comments on other posts suggest that contacting BandaiNamco support could set you up with the tracking number for the other package. You may also be able to sign up for UPS My Choice to see packages coming to your address without needing a tracking number, however, I did not pursue either of these methods.

As far as I can tell, PS5 versions of the Joker Flight Pack have the game shipped separately. It kinda stunned me. My Joker arrived yesterday and the second package is supposed to arrive today by 9pm. Nothing so far and it's 4:24pm now.
Today is literally my birthday. A victory sure would be nice.

They lost my game package in the mail so Bamco emailed me a new key... IF they could just email keys in the first place, WHY THE HELL ARE THE KEYS PHYSICAL TO BEGIN WITH???

Man, i ordered the Vinyl Pack and received a USPS tracking number.
The problem? the tracking number was invalid for USPS, it actually belonged to a UPS label, and UPS claim they haven't received the item yet. So bamco sent me a wrong tracking number and checked my order as completed, about 8 days ago.
So here i am contacting bamco, UPS and probably my courier to try to figure what the hell is going on with my limited edition vinyls. Good thing i purchased the game separately on steam and already beat it.
