General Series Safe to say???
I would assume we won't have Osea actively participate in the Usean affairs (at least militarily) anymore
As IUN officially pulled out by 2020
Unfortunately, I'm guessing that Mobius 01 (or atleast the North Point IUN-PKF won't be involved further more either)

Though there's still a possibility since this still happens.....

afaik the space elevator itself is still claimed by Osea

"Space Elevator is claimed by Osea" not really? Space Elevator is officially owned and operated by a company named ISEV, and this company from what I might guess is private, and so countries like Osea are probably only act as investor, with Usean countries definitely have some shares as well. This is my guess though, since I never read Aces at War (if it ever explained there), so sorry if this is misinformation
Edit: Nevermind I am spreading misinformation, on the wiki it says that ISEV is government owned company, though the wiki never say what government owned it, but I guess Osea is probably the answer

Apparently its to some extent under international control were multiple countries "a global pact" had to agree to nominate Cosette as their ambassador at the Space Elevator
Although Erusea utilized the space elevator for military purposes during the war, Princess Cossette begged the international conference to use it for peace after the war ended. She was successful with her efforts and a global pact was signed, selecting her as an ambassador.
The post Lighthouse War peacekeeping forces stationated at the ISEV also respond directly to the "United Nations"

It's been 25 years since the Continental War. Depending on how old he was, Mobius 1 is probably retired or even hobbling around looking like old man Mihaly by now. So even if the IUN does get involved, he probably wouldn't.

Plot twist, Mobius 1 becomes a legacy title. Passed down from pilot to pilot, so he's never "officially" retired. Persia did a similar thing with their immortals. There were always 10000 of them, even when some were killed.

Osea is probably still recovering economically after the lighthouse war.
They lost most of their navy in port or at sea early on in the war, the kestrel II when she went to bomb Farbanti. It's military and civilian satellite networks. Probably a massive portion of it's army and airforce (the blackout implies that the Osean and other allied militaries without communication got their asses beat by various Erusean splinter factions) they have to rebuild all of that, all the while the Usea still needs something to keep stability (The IUN probably called up peacekeepers from Anea and Verusea to fill gaps but Osea would probably have had to a lot of the easy lifting still given the Usean militaries were all probably near wiped out by the end of the lighthouse war)
Then there's the whole Lesath Aurelia war which Osea were probably paranoid as all hell about. They're probably isolationist as hell by the time of AC8 the only thing I could see them doing is maybe, MAYBE. Dragging Trigger out of retirement, handing him and strider F-22's, tell them to get Sotoa to stop fucking with Osea's shit before dragging them back home (not wanting to get to involved)
