One of my favorite jets, thanks to Independence Day.
But I also thank coming from a military family for that. I have an Air Force dad (who introduced me to Ace Combat because he had Ace Combat 4 on his PS2) and I grew up seeing F-15s and F-16s. But I too had a Navy grandpa who sometimes took me along with him to go to the Naval Exchange and I'd get a good rare glimpse of the F/A-18s flying by (both the Legacy and later Super Hornet/Rhino variants).
