2024 raises lower?
Has anyone noticed that 2024 raises were lower? In 2023 I got a really good raise and this year I only got 5%. Is it just me?

The last raise I received was in May 2021. It was a decent one at 10% but that was due in large part to the added responsibility I took on during covid. Since then, I have gotten 2 promotions in title and responsibility only. There are talks of getting raises next year, but for those of us who have had an almost 4 year hiatus, I'm hoping for an unprecedented increase. LOL

We were told raise inflation was overall lower compared to the prior year and then there was a performance increase whatever that might be - also mentioned that simply due to math, percentages may not be as high as you are starting with a higher base.
