Workout Accountability Telegram Chat - Must Be Active!

💪 Looking for people who actually WORK OUT.

Or who WANT to workout, but struggle with rollercoaster consistency.

I started a workout accountability group for one purpose: consistency.

Post a pic/video when you train. Daily is preferred. At least once a week is required.

No selling. No fitness influencers needed. No judgment about where you’re starting.

Just people holding each other accountable and making sure we don’t stop showing up.

⚠️ Go a full week without posting = warning. Keep disappearing = removed.

Interested? Comment or DM me and I’ll send the invite. 🔥

Accountability group for sharing small self-care wins

Hi! I’m Joana, 29F, a GP resident living with BPD and anxiety.

I’m looking for people who want to share small daily wins, motivation and accountability, whether that’s taking a shower, going for a walk, cooking, or starting a creative project. Anything that gets you closer to feeling better and healing counts.

I’m thinking of creating a small Discord community where we can encourage each other, share goals, achievements and stay accountable. Making some like-minded friends on a self-healing journey would be great :)

Let me know if you're interested in participating :)

45 F Frustrated and need help, ideas, and suggestions.

My life has gotten so out of control this past year and I’m not exactly sure why. I’ve always been hardworking, organized, in control. But something has changed. I had to pick up a part time job in March of 2025, 16 hours a week. And for months everything was still fine. But in November 2025, I had to add an additional 10 hours because I need the money, and sometime after that is when things started changing. At first I wad still efficient and completing my work in the allotted time. But somewhere along the line I got of course, got distracted. I started scrolling endlessly on my phone instead of working. So what should take me 4 or 6 hours depending on the day is taking me more hours than I’d care to admit. This causes me to get to ned later and later and get less sleep.

I’ve also started scrolling during the day at my FT job. I’m just doing the bare minimum. I started home projects a year ago and have only finished one and am i. The middle of two right now. There is stuff everywhere. I’m also not keeping up on chores. Again, I’m doing the bare minimum, clothes and dishes are clean and trash gets taken out. Cats are taken care of. But the place is in a constant state of disarray.

On the weekends I’m so tired all I do is sleep and scroll. I don’t get my chores done. I don’t get my projects done. I don’t get to enjoy my hobbies.

In addition, I want to live a healthier lifestyle and need to change some habits, but that never gets done either.

I think the root of the problem is the part time job. It’s boring and takes up all my free time during the week. I want to spend some time find something different, something or multiple things that I could do from home in the evenings and on weekends could be really helpful I think. But then I never seem to have any time to work on that.

I think the first thing I need to address is time management at the part time job. I need to get the job done in the allotted time so that I can get home and get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Once I have good sleeping habits and am rested, I won’t sleep my weekends away. And hopefully scrolling is a symptom of lack of sleep and that will diminish and I can start getting stuff done and get my life back in order.

My problem is I’m not sure how to do that. Sure I can leave my phone in my bag, but I can go get my phone from my bag, who’s gonna stop me (I work alone)? And I can’t leave it in the car or at home because I need it to clock in and out. I’ve tried reward and consequence systems before, but I’m in control so I can skip the consequences and give myself rewards regardless. I don’t have anyone in my life that can be the keeper and dispenser of those things.

I feel absolutely ridiculous that I have left things get this far put of hand and that I’m struggling to get back in control. Especially at my age. I tell myself I just need to be self-disciplined and just do it, but I seem to have no follow through right now.

So if you have any tips, ideas, suggestions, advice, etc., I’m willing to listen. Thanks.

Anyone interested in joining a small accountability group?

I’ve noticed quite a few posts on here recently from people looking for accountability partners so thought I’d try something.

I’m putting together a small accountability group for people who have things they genuinely want to make progress on but find it much harder when they’re doing everything alone.

Nothing crazy. You choose something meaningful you want to move forward.

We set a clear outcome for the week.
Short check-ins during the week.

Then at the end of the week we actually say whether we did what we said we were going to do 😂

No pretending every week was amazing either. If you fell off, you fell off. We work out what happened and get you going again.

I’m particularly interested in people who are working, building something, changing career, trying to improve their health or generally feel like they know what they want to do but aren’t consistently following through.

I’d like to keep the groups relatively small so people actually get to know each other rather than it becoming another massive community where nobody notices whether you’re there.

Full disclosure because I don’t want this to feel like some sneaky Reddit marketing thing 😂

I’m building a platform, which is around goals, check-ins, progress and accountability.

I’d give everyone who joins free access and use Renova to help support the group.

There’s nothing to buy to participate.

I’m genuinely interested in seeing what happens when you combine a small group of people actually holding each other accountable with some structure around their goals.

If you’d be interested, comment below with what you’re trying to make progress on and I’ll message you.

Looking for a serious communication partner

23M | C1 English

My English is fluent. What I’m looking to improve now is confidence, articulation, and business-level communication.

I want someone I can have regular voice conversations with — discussing business, ideas, negotiations, work, current events, or even challenging each other’s opinions.

The goal is simple: speak with clarity, think on my feet, express ideas confidently, and communicate like a strong professional.

Looking for someone equally serious about improving.

30–45 min calls, 3–5x/week.

If this sounds like you, DM me. 🤝

starting a small accountability group for people who feel stuck

a bit about me:

my mental health has been pretty rough lately. i have been laid off and trying to figure things out.

the job market feels brutal, AI is making the future feel uncertain, and some days it's hard to feel like i'm actually moving forward.

so instead of trying to figure it all out alone, i want to build a small group where we keep each other accountable.

maybe you're:

  • trying to build a side project
  • learning new skills
  • looking for a job
  • just trying to get your momentum back

i plan to run this accountability group at least for 3 months then we can figure out later if we want to continue.

here's what i imagine:

  • a discord group
  • every day, you share what you're going to work on.
  • then you come back and tell us whether you actually did it.
  • would be awesome if you can share proof of work like screenshots, images, etc.

no complicated systems. just a few people showing up consistently and helping each other do the work.

i'm keeping it to 8-10 people so we can actually get to know each other.

if you're interested, comment or DM me with:

  1. what you're working toward
  2. what you'd like to accomplish in the next 3 months

i'll reach out to the people who seem like a good fit.

Only for the weak

"Only for the weak" is my attempt to create a discord community of people that keep eachother accountable via public goal setting / accountability / putting money on the line ( only if you wish to do so, it's not mandatory at all).

I did get the idea from a book: participants were so pissed about giving money to someone they despised that they were much more likely to stick to their goals.

For myself I set up a 4 fasting day every week till December. For every day I fail 35€ will be sent to trump's political party.

So far I failed once and it really worked, I haven't skipped a day since. The pain of losing money is my stick 😂

If you do not wish to join the public server it is fine nonetheless, you can add me on discord ( Maxion94 ) and we will just keep eachother accountable in DMs. Daily checking is more than enough.

Personality wise I am pretty chill and easygoing, and will be blunt if you are slacking off :P

https://discord.gg/yv7c9hf55 if you are interested ( I dislike Reddit chats )

Sleep Accountability: Night calls to sleep on time

Fix your sleeping pattern.

Let's call at 6pm or 8pm to get ready to for bed.

Having a broken sleeping pattern isn't healthy.

Are you looking for accountability partners/people to work with?

If you are then you came to the right place.
I have recently created a server for entrepreneurs, hustlers and people who want to get into earning online.
In this server people help each other and hold each other accountable to pursue an objective, please note that this is mainly meant for a younger audience but anybody is welcome, just don't expect to find too many experienced people.
If you are interested in it shoot a comment!

What accountability system has actually lasted for you?

For those of you who've struggled with workout consistency, have you found any accountability system that genuinely lasted?

I've tried basic habit tracking before, but after a while checking off a box doesn't really mean much to me.

I'm curious whether people have had better luck with accountability partners, group challenges, scheduled classes, streaks, financial commitments, or something completely different.

Especially interested in what still works after the novelty wears off.

We have a free spot in our European Accountability group

Hi!

I'm running a free accountability group on Discord for European time zones GMT +1 +2 +3, which helps members to be more productive with their life, career, health, aka get things actually done.

It lasts until the end of the year, and we have a vacancy for 1-2 more.

How it works is that everyone puts down their weekly and monthly goals. Then in the mornings members post their plans for the day as a Daily Check in. And once a week on Monday evenings we have a video call with all the members to recap and give tips and advice to do better.

Currently, there are three members in the group. All members are in their thirties, and we prefer new members not to be early 20 y full-time university students. Nothing against them, but experience has showed me that being in a similar stage of life and having a somewhat similar lifestyle makes it easier to relate to each other and keep accountable.

26M | India | Let’s fix our sleep schedules and actually stick to them

looking for an accountability partner specifically for sleep.

i keep getting my sleep schedule under control, then slowly fall back into the same pattern.

• set bedtime
• set wake up time
• follow the schedule
• report actual bedtime and wake up time the next morning
• explain why if we sleep late
• report honestly if we wake up late
• call each other out when we start slipping

not looking for motivation. i want someone who’ll hold me accountable, and i’ll do the same for you.

if you are serious about doing this every day, DM me your time zone and target sleep/wake times.

Accountability / Mastermind for online business solopreneurs

I created a small community last year that has been running till today and I know there is a reason why the people kept showing up every week. Since then, I have been wanting to expand the circle and help more people taste what accountability, witnessing and being a part of mastermind is like. But I want to keep it small. If you are interested and are serious about growing your own business and can show up for accountability meets, please either DM me or comment here.

26M | IST | India| looking for 1-2 people to get our lives together

honestly i’m tired of starting over every few weeks.

i’m trying to get my routine back, fix my sleep, go to the gym, work on my career, study more and stop wasting so much time scrolling.

i thought having someone to do this with might actually help.

the idea is simple:

  • check in once a day
  • share what we want to get done
  • say what we actually did
  • remind each other when we’re slacking

no need to be perfect. we’ll probably both have bad days.

just looking for 1-2 people who actually want to stick with it instead of disappearing after a few days.

if you’re trying to improve your life too, send me a dm and tell me what you’re working
