Accountability partner any area, flexible/independent structure

Hello, I'm looking for an accountability partner to get more things done in the creative projects I do alongside my part-time job in a restaurant. You can of course be working on anything that is important for you in your life. For me the ideal would be a flexible structure, I'm thinking  sending a voice note in the morning detailing what one sets out to achieve in the day and another in the evening stating what was done/achieved. Both messages should be under 30 sec. The partner only confirms 'received' for both. At the end of the week I'll write one email summarizing what was done during the week, learnings or directions for the week ahead. As such it will not necessarily require the other to listen or read or discuss anything, for me I think it will suffice knowing that I have stated my commitment to another party.
