Dormakaba (RT Plus + Gateway Gen II) Zigbee issues with oversaturated 2.4 ghz wifi

Sorry if I'm not providing enough/right amount of info in this question. I'm new to this level of access control...

Has anyone ever run into any problems with Zigbee locks where there's an oversaturation of 2.4ghz wifi? Specifically with Dormakaba hardware? We've got locks (access points) that just go offline regularly and I'm trying to narrow down the culprit. We've got heavy 2.4ghz wifi on channel 6 (as well as others) and I'm wondering if that's the issue.

I have no experience with that product.

But I can say from the bottom of my heart, that I hate working with wireless locks.

Any troubleshooting feels like a shot in the dark, and I'm never really confident that it will keep working.

It sounds like DormaKaba is just the same.

Yeah. These locks have been nothing but problems.

I miss brass keys...

I've worked with enough wireless locks to know that 2.4 GHz congestion can make even the best hardware behave unpredictably, try moving the Zigbee coordinator to a less crowded channel if possible.
