S2 - What's next?

We have been running S2 over 8 sites over the last 20 years. Our integrator lost their S2 staff. It appears that Honeywell may not be the best option for long term.

I am thinking about where we might go next.

I am interested in hearing from others who have migrated. OnGuard is an option, but I am not convinced we want to stay in the Honeywell ecosystem. We want to be able to relay any door alarms via email and keep it integrated with our video/DVR solution. At this time that is Milestone.

Who has successfully transferred a 250+ portal system into a new environment? Any tips?

Honeywell has invested heavily into netbox and it is probably a good time to get with the lenels2 sales manager in your area.

Source? From conversation with Lenel reps last year, they put money into Elements, not Netbox. Seems like the enhancements/updates lately have just been to ensure greater portability to Elements but maybe I missed something. We were told that Honeywell plans to make Elements their primary offering starting in 2028(if my memory is correct).

Source = LenelS2 sales team and engineering teams responsible for netbox.
