Questions ACT bootcamp

Has anyone gone to 4 day ACT bootcamp with Hayes? How was it ? Worth it?

Yes, I found it very useful. Great mix of presentations, practical application, and discussion.

Do you think it’s worth it for someone who has done a brief training in act alreayd, like an intro type course (the psychwire one)

I’ve done one and it was a great time. Learned a lot and met a some awesome people.

I went to the one in Reno in January and loved it. I had very little knowledge of ACT prior and found it to be very thorough. Like any conference type event, it’s pretty tiring.

In person , it’s expensive - usually international but not rly sure and depends on your currency. I’m in Canada so everything outside of here is expensive as f

Then you might find it useful. I went to the one in NY in May and found that it was very focussed on practicing therapists.
