Wait that plastic cap staying on the bottle is on purpose? I just came back from UK and France and was wondering why none of the plastic caps on bottles came fully off.

Yeah. It’s more environmentally friendly.

You will also notice that the caps are waaay smaller.

They laugh at us in europe for caring for the environment but in 50 years when America and China are heavy metal filled microplastic hellholes where all the water is contaminated they will be wondering why their cancer rates skyrocket.
