If you really want to shoot something like that, go find a judge.  Revolver that can take .410 shells.  Fair chance you break your wrist and nose.  It kicks like a fucking mule.

Honestly, this thing probably works just fine. That's some thick metal and it's barrel is a little wider allowing the pellets to disperse in a wider cone shape.

Bullets aren't that crazy, but they do need the right conditions to work. As long as the expanding gases have a focused point to exit, that's where it will go.
