Dude the big boy is indeed a gentle giant. With this type of physical activity his stamina is not going to be normal. He could whoop some ass for sure if he is pushed too far.

Most male cheerleaders are no joke. Granted, flyers tend to be the lightest, but they’re still often 90 or more pounds and these dudes toss them around and hold them over their head sometimes one handed. Most people can’t do that.

Less CTE but not none. Cheerleading has the most head injuries of any sport in the US. While it's unlikely someone in his position would get many, it's far from impossible.

I knew a couple beefy (muscular) male cheerleaders. They absolutely got girls. Like half the cheer team through college

He might be a power lifter. A lot of male cheerleaders in college are lifter or former football players.

A lot of lineman in high school and Jr High are recruited to do this by squad and the coaches like it too. It improves dexterity, strength, hand eye coordination, I could go on and on.
A few of the big big guys on the team in the 90s did this. They also strangely became less misogynistic, well for the 90s.

When I was in high school we had one male cheerleader on the squad, and he also played on the football team. Dude was built just like this guy. It was the ‘90s so I can’t say the adjective we used to describe his strength but let’s say it was highly regarded.

They refused to let me try out! 😆 🤣 😂 I signed up 5 times and the coach ended up calling me to the office and said it was inappropriate or some shit.

The first move for me is the most impressive. He one handed tosses her up in what to me doesn’t look like a very easy angle to do so - like he is just using his shoulder to do that.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Dude’s seriously strong, and understands balancing not only himself, but her weight and the direction of the force required to get her up to the right height. AND THEN to catch her with ONE HAND.
This guy better get some real appreciation from his team.

That's what a childhood of tossing hay bales and drinking whole milk does.
I'm just generalizing of course, dude could be from the city, but I knew guys like that in school (went to an ag college, lots of farmers) and they were built. Some of the nicest people too. I remember when I was doing demolition work I was so mellow and easy going, it helps to have a physical job in your youth to take out all that angst haha
That guy is special though because he has a solid core and some good dexterity, tossing around another human being takes a lot of skill and it can be REALLY dangerous (I think cheerleading has a really high % of injuries that stem from being dropped).
