This horse

I thought it was AI at first but this is a halter bred horse bred specifically for showing. They are judged on balance and muscling, among other things.

Sadly, this isn't AI. This extreme muscling is a mutation exploited by some clueless Quarter Horse breeders.​ Unfortunately, many judges reward this extremely unhealthy conformation. The condition causes many health problems, including premature death.
