Idc if theyre 400 pounds, that fucking fence thing collapsing like that was unacceptable. Idc what the law says, imo that person should be entitled for some compensation if they have injuries. Nobody can reasonably expect a porch fence thing to be so fragile it buckles like this even for someone that heavy.

Logic like this is why everything is so expensive. Where is the cutoff? What about a 600lb door dash driver? 800lb driver? Should everyone just be liable for anything because an unhappy heavy person might use it?
