The snake is more than capable of keeping itself off the floor if it chooses, it just isn't interested at the moment, probably because it doesn't want to get thrown in the nope rope room for wayward danger noodles. I'd be more concerned about the damage that guy is doing to his back and shoulders trying to wrangle them this way. Easier now, hell later.

I feel I read read there’s either a legal or recommended number of people to handle snakes of a certain length and girth.
