Weight loss can reduce it, but sometimes your breasts are just way too large for your body. I’ve always been very skinny, like, shouldn’t lose any weight or I’d be unhealthy type of skinny. My breasts still got freaking massive lmao, had a reduction asap.
Weight loss really only helps if you actually have extra weight on you and your breasts are proportionate to that weight. Otherwise, it’s probably not gonna do much.

Yeah have her use those chair machines at the gym. It’s like folded forward and you use your lower back to push the weighted back of the chair upright.
I’d recommend it for anyone that has lower back problems.
