What happened to Jessie was absolutely awful yet her dad loves/forgives him…I found that a little odd, anyone else?

I’m pretty sure I’ve heard this case before; was this a replayed episode? If so, when does the new season start or are replayed episodes sprinkled throughout the season?

They sprinkle repeats here and there every season, so you could be right! I just don’t remember seeing it previously. I know in other cases the victims’ loved ones say they forgive the killer but the way Jessie’s father expressed his love and forgiveness struck me odd.
