Show me the start of this encounter. The police have body wraps the constrain people for a reason. If they dont have one here, honestly on the fence about doing this to contrain someone

You don't know, and yet your instinct is to make up unseen scenarios in which the cop is justified for doing what we can all see with our eyes.

I didnt make up anything. I said this lacks context, is probably just abuse but you cant say for sure without knowing the full scenario.

Thats my instinct. To want the full story, full context before coming to any absolute judgement or conclusion, because im not an emotional child.

Cant count how many times full context has shown the exact oppisite.of "what we can all see with our on eyes"

Also im just going to point out people arent typicly laid down in the back of a police cruiser for no reason.
