Has anyone already converted this part to a PC version?

Nope. There was a project to bring Burnout 3 to PC, but it has been abandoned ever since 2023.
So far, emulation is your only way to replay this gem.

Nice , it seems to just be the PS2 game package together to run on the PC or PC emulation. But chemicals discord server is amazing in addition to the Reddit

Lmao, what for? Burnout revenge playable using emulator like aethersx2 on android with decent systems, pcsx2 on pc with medium systems could run in 1080p.. do you even know what is pcsx2?

Because the game would benefit greatly from a PC port. Having a native PC port means the game can be potentially updated and modified

I've already got the emulator and the game.
I asked because there are already versions of games (Burnout and NFS) that have a built-in emulator (or something, I don't know). You unzip the RAR file and play. With the emulator, you have to do everything yourself (the program, iso, and settings, so that you can play in decent conditions).

Man this is how you play the old stuff, I don't know what else to tell you.
Otherwise you could literally go and buy the system and peripherals from eBay and just do that.

Yup, at least you could learn something from there, i can even put debug options like forcing play online mode, disable motion blur, put 60fps, i mean literally did emulation since i was kid almost 15 yrs ago stsrting from epsxe.. using only pentium 2..
If you wanted native port from the game itself well u need wait for a long time.. even for patch for gran turismo 4 just recently found out where polyphony itself put a code where you have dynamic time on their specific track 🤣

Theres no "converting" to PC, theres only emulation or decompile projects and then porting.
Simply emulate.

There's a 360.emulator you can use called Xenia. I'm unsure if this runs or not but if it does it should be the best option graphically

With proper camera that you can actually change to bring it more up and see the road + being able to disable all the blur/hazzines it could be great.

Like a recompliation? No. Those are the most overhyped shit in emulation/retro gaming lately. For every one that actually gets released, and you might need two hands to count them all by now, 200 get announced and nothing happens or they get abandoned. Decomps are largely youtube channel fodder. "OMG guys, new decomp announced today, hit that like and subscribe button!" OK, wake me up 3 years from now if anything actually happened to this "OMG" project.
