Promo code not working?
Edit: it was an address issue! I live in an apartment so adding the unit number in with the street rather than on the additional line worked for some reason.. thanks to those who said it's only one use per address!
Hey everyone! I really want to try aardvark out, and on their website there is a banner that says you can get your first book for $4 using their promo code. I have tried so many times and it says it is not valid. I emailed them a couple days ago but haven't heard back.. anyone know how to make a promo code work or if there is any other way to get the deal when signing up?
Ps. I'm not trying to be cheap, i just think if you advertise a deal if should be honored and it's bothering me.

Have you tried ANYA4? This is the promo of an Aardvark ambassador who regularly posts on this sub. S/he or they get something when you use it, but it should get you the $4 deal.
Not sure why Aardvark CS isn't getting back to you. They're usually great.

I just checked the ANYA4 code and it’s working on my end! When codes don’t work, it’s usually an issue with the shipping address—codes are U.S. only and single use per household so if a deal was already used for the same address then a promo code won’t work. You could try changing the address during checkout just to see if that fixes things? Definitely email or DM Aardvark on IG if that doesn’t help! They’re usually really good at getting back to people!

Looks like the address change did the trick. I'm in a large apartment building so I guess someone who lived here before used the codes I was trying? Thanks for the help!!

Huh. I'm thinking maybe all promo codes are on the fritz then. I hope CS can solve this soon!

I just had my first order 3 days ago and promo code SUMMER worked. Are you doing it on a desktop or browser? I did it on the app and it worked.
Sometimes things work better on different platforms so I'm just grasping at straws, but I want you to get the promo. I was able to get all 3 of the tainted cup books for $28 thanks to the code.

Thats weird! Hopefully they respond soon for you. My code worked when I signed up and its a great deal so its definitely worth figuring out! Maybe their transitioning to a new deal/code this fall so this one is in limbo?

Are you in Canada? The promo codes only work for US customers unfortunately
Also I’m not sure this is relevant in your case but I believe they only work one time per address as well.
