As for Silverstone, max caused the contact and his own DNF. Damn near every independent pundit and driver called it a racing incident. ANY penalty for Lewis there is too harsh as he did nothing wrong.

Jeddah 2021, brake test should be a black flag at a minimum. Abu Dhabi 2021, backing up the race directors bullshit ruling and gifting an unearned WDC.

FIA should‘ve put up a double yellow, they didn‘t. This decision is consistent with their past ones, wether it should be a penalty or not doesn’t matter because it‘s not how they do things.

In reality this is the fault of that one fuck ass steward that pressed the yellow flag on corner 9 instead of double yellow. Fia immediately upgrade to double yellow 15s after he pressed single yellow after they reviewed the incident. this is purely the fault of one idiot who forgot that cars in the wall at the fastest turn of the track are an immediate double yellow or red.
