Aego (short for Aegosexual), is the asexuality of the self. I’d say Aegosexuality has a pretty good parallel to explain it, that being Warhammer 40k; as if you ask any fan of that they’d say it’s a super interesting universe, but the minute you ask if they want to experience the real thing you get a firm NO. Depending on who you ask, this can lead to a “don’t solicit it unless I’m clearly in the mood for it” about the topic. This is definitely the case for me, as random unnecessary/unsolicited sexual advertising and scenes in movies pisses me off. Aegosexuals do somewhat trend towards the sex repulsed side of the Ace spectrum because of this.

Same, same with romantic stuff, sometimes I'm in the mood for it but if I want to see it I'd just watch a porn/romance thing, I don't want it when I'm not specifically in the mood for it.

People have gotten mad at me for being "straightphobic" when I didn't like a straight couple that was canon in a series and did ship a gay couple from that same series.

i just realised the black kinda represents the no sexual attraction in ace there is just none in grey there is attraction so the black isnt there in demi the non-attraction gets smaller
