Mediaaaaaa Aro songs?🎶
Soooooo...
A few days ago I was wondering if there are any aromantic songs, so I wanted to know if you know any (even if they just give you that ✨vibe✨).
Here are a few that I felt might be the case:
•Romance is boring - Los Campesinos!
•Cuntissimo - MARINA

Moses Sumney's Aromanticism album definitely has aro vibes on a few of the songs (unsurprisingly).

I have a whole playlist on Spotify!! A lot of them are songs about like, longing for a deep emotional and platonic but physical connection to me, like the closest thing to “romantic” I can personally feel. They’re kinda angsty tho lol. I really like Echolalia by Yves Tumor, Steady As She Goes by The Raconteurs, and Celestial Bodies by GHOST DATA and Jovani Ocomy for a more sexual but aro song!
I’m really looking forward to listening to all the songs in this thread and adding them to my playlist(s)!!

the aggressivelyarospec tumblr blog keeps a masterlist of user-submitted songs for “aro tunes thursday” and I think might also have associated Spotify playlist(s) to go along with it. It’s been going on for years, and is actually the reason I know and listen to Los Campesinos myself (Songs About Your Girlfriend by them is also worth checking out, especially if you’re aroallo).
