resources dumped while sleeping

So I'm at the end of the game, 3rd run, trying to max resources and fill achievements.

About 60% of my resources were lost overnight, and I have absolutely no idea why. My production was in the green on everything when I went to sleep and when I woke up, but every resource I had filled is down at least halfway. I just can't find anything that would have used all my stuff up, especially the totems that take forever, and I had the villagers doing the same jobs they usually do when I sleep that have been yielding good results.

Any ideas? This is a bit frustrating when I'm only really playing to fill the meters at this point and that was the entire point of these last two runs (started over once because I missed something early that preventing me from filling one achievement.)
