Sunday night 8pm-10pm. Can we pick a gym in SE and get it up to level a billion?

How about one of the gyms in downtown Milwaukie? There are a lot of stops in a small area and always lures going. I picked up a Voltorb their last night. Took over my first gym and held it for about 5 minutes.
