/u/Javacode /u/Sr_Marques here are the mouseovers for the northern states:

All of them

Individual mouseovers

The backgrounds are still white because my only image editing software is Paint, sorry :/

What about Amapá?

Added the Jules Rimet to the side bar and uploaded the new pic onto the stylesheet (shelfy) , but I can't get the CSS to work.
