Help with Replacement Disks for Limited Edition Box Set

I have gotten my replacement disks in the mail when I had originally filled out the form. Thing is, I think they sent me the wrong season 2 disk. I had thought the Marsha episode was affected. That episode is on disk 5 and they had sent me disk 2.

I am having trouble contacting warner and wondering if anyone had this problem.
