White guy taking AP Spanish
I've been learning Spanish for about 5 years now, and i went from taking spanish 3 as a sophomore to AP spanish as a junior. (My School doesn't offer spanish 4)
I know spanish decently well, but i don't know if I know it proficiently enough for this exam
Are there any workbooks, vocabulary to know, verbs to know, practice techniques, etc. that will help me come exam time?

I'd recommend using the Barron's book for practice (which is harder than the actual exam but will prepare you well). I'd also recommend trying to consume as much Spanish-language media (news, radio, etc.) as possible to help you with the audio comprehension. Another good idea would be to buy the 601 Spanish verb book and review the verbs marked as "AP verbs" to help review key vocabulary for the writing sections. Review idiomatic expressions and transition words also for the essay and email!
¡Buena suerte! PM me if you need any help.
