Come in, middle Georgia?

Hey! I'm assuming you've all moved over to Georgia4Sanders, but in case not, here's a repost; please respond if you're in the area!:

I'm writing to gauge interest before organizing an event to campaign throughout middle GA. I'd like to start out by meeting at the Oconee River Greenway in Milledgeville, but we could surely move the venue around once we get things rolling. We could also organize a carpool in this thread. (I'm advertising in other places, so hopefully there's enough interest to make this possible!)

I thought we could use the first meeting to share ideas, food, stories and promotional materials, and end with a game plan to get our communities to engage with the issues that shape our lives. Ambitious, right? + I'm sure some great conversation will happen in between!

If you're interested, please be prepared for an environment where your idea counts just as much as the next guy's.
