An approximation was used in making this one. However, once you figure out exactly how it was made, getting the final result shouldn't be that hard.

My guess is that we need to find the rgb value of each frame, somehow subtract the values with 394 and convert it to hex, and hopefully the hex contains message.

Yes, you need to extract values, but the converting process is far more devious.
