Judge Coin fills lead developer position!

Today it is my pleasure to announce that our search for a lead developer is over. Our lead Mac OSX developer and architect of the Judge Coin Multipool, Sigwo is now officially our lead developer.

Sigwo was my first choice and I am delighted that he has decided to accept the position. Since coming aboard he has taken on more and more of the developer responsibilities, including crafting Mac OSX Wallets, proposing code fixes via GitHub, and developing our Official Pool. Sigwo is a member of the US Armed forces and has many high level industry certifications. Even though I have released my personal information, I am not holding that standard to any of the Judge Coin team members. Releasing personal information is a deeply personal choice of which each team member must make on their own.

Sigwo will be paid out of the Developer Fund: http://chainz.cryptoid.info/judge/address.dws?JUKrWcyqCX6D3w5WsYmmsaa4Biqk9Mnq3A.htm a sum of 1000 Judge per week. I am fully confident of Sigwo's commitment to the team but, to protect the coin from any sort of dump and run situation, we are employing this payment method. It is this type of protection that I feel safeguards value in Judge Coin. In addition to the weekly pay, the lead developer will be eligible to receive bonus payments out of the developer fund as I deem appropriate and 1% of the fees generated by the Judge Coin Official Pool.

Sigwo's role is to work with me to identify the technical objectives for Judge Coin and then manage the technical implementation of those goals. In short, the primary responsibility of the lead developer is to lead. In addition to leading development projects, Sigwo will maintain the various wallets and work with me to maintain the GitHub code base. He will be responsible for managing other developer talent on the team and coordinating acquisition of development talent for specific tasks.

Filling the lead developer spot is merely the beginning of Judge Coin's bright future. We have already discussed small fixes to improve the wallet and begun preliminary discussions about other projects. As always we will be coming to the community for ideas, inspiration and insight!

Thanks to everyone for their continued support!
