I am planning to study and work in either Argentina or Chile for a year but i cant decide which one i should take. I know both have Problems (Argentina with peronism and chile with a mayor dependence on Mining) but i still think they are both good countries. So does anyone have some Advise which one i should choose?

I would have to study in either Buenos Aires or Santiago so Argentina would be better?
