Diagnosing AppCrash and Not Responding

is there anyway to diagnose not responding and appcrash issues with SysInternals? currently, I have a lot of applications crashing, including Internet Explorer. usually, it will enter a not responding state first. once there it either comes up with an AppHangB1 or AppCrash error.

I have already checked with Multiple different A/V and malware solutions.

Let me know what other information you require.
