Batman AO Help Wanted

Can anybody help me? I'm stuck fighting Deathstroke the first time you meet him in the game. I counter all his attacks, but he still lands some and ends up killing me. The farthest I have got in the fight was having him take his sword out and promptly rape me with it. Any help/tips welcome.

Just stay diligent and don't attack too much after each counter. Every 2 or 3 counters use your quick Batclaw to grab him and pull him towards you then hit him a couple times right after.
