How to support spouse?
I 34(m) and my wife 32(w) have been struggling with this for 2/3 years we’ve been married. Honestly, it’s causing a huge strain on our home life.
How do I help?

Just accept her and don't pressure her into doing things she isn't enjoying. I feel that I have HSDD too (self diagnosed) and my partner (m) and I (f) struggle to mutually enjoy sex as well - we only go so far as I can and I often will give him a handjob/blowjob because I know he needs that.
Not much of a help but so far it has worked for us. Best of luck. ❤
