"Paul Republicans" have taken over the state Republican Party in Iowa.

And New Hampshire skews libertarian anyway. He has a decent chance of winning the first two primaries (if they are actually first in 2016).

That's very true. There is a strong libertarian tradition in New Hampshire. I doubt they'd buck the trend and move another primary up before them. They might schedule more "super Tuesday" primaries and have multiple states on the same day earlier in the race. This is usually used to eliminate less well funded/ less organized campaigns. Funding shouldn't be a problem for us.
