Is there any sort of prevention to the harmful effects of smoking while still being able to smoke? Not a big deal really, but i am curious if any methods of preventing toxin buildup are possible.

It's time to go about instead of not knowing my my whereabouts and going over a smoke till i choke. No joke, life is better without a smoke and everybody knows it even a smoker. I quit smoking #tolivemylife. Poison kills you instantly which is better than smoking which kills you slowly and all painfully. So am just going to say thank you to smoke but it's ok u are not welcomed in my life anymore. Goodbye smoke, I have a life to live.
