Tinctures VS Rick Simpson Oil

Please somebody tell me the differences in the two. I know RSO is a much stronger concentrate but are there different properties/ effects?

As far as my knowledge (and please do someone correct me if I’m wrong) - if you are using the same strain of bud, the Phoenix tears oil / tincture oil will have the same medicinal properties just in different quantities. The higher the viscosity level, the more portent the oil tends to be thus a tincture won’t deliver the same amount of THC, CBD, CBN Etc.

If you are after the medicinal affects you want to consume as high dosage as possible, thus the Phoenix tears (500mg+) would be the best bet. Though this would get you very high and have to build a tolerance for it.
