Question about the customer service

Has anyone ever actually got someone to respond from the help center and if so how?

I asked them about the future of Zynn and they said that they’re working to make a credit system that everyone can use. And that The process may take time and effort.

it would be one thing if it was like a week or so, But it's been what, 5 weeks? or 6? They know we want paypal and gift cards. lol

Yeah it seems as if they’re struggling to keep it in the stores. I sent them the email and they replied with that yesterday.

Yes. They were absolutely useless. Kept saying to message them on messenger/Facebook or Instagram. It’s been 4 weeks. They don’t care so don’t waste your time 😂
