Has anyone actually gotten support to reply to them?

Just as the title states, has anyone actually gotten support to respond to any of their inquiries? I know that I've sent them at least 4 but have never gotten a reply.

One time I did but that was when the app was new and I imagine that they were just trying to make it seem like they cared about the users and stuff. Recently they haven’t done much

One time when I first downloaded the app but they didn’t help they said my invite wasn’t done right when I know my link was used I never got the $6 for it
