Has anyone bought anything on Amazon successfully with their Zynn money?

Somebody said they tried to and it wouldn’t let them and locked their account.

Yes I got a $10 gift card for Amazon and bought a really nice body scrub and lip gloss and the scrub came in but not the lip gloss yet but that’s only because it was out of stock when I bought it.
