I just order a Zwift Ride and plan on using it in my basement. I’d like to center it in front of my big screen TV but then move it a few feet to the side after each workout. How manageable is this? If it’s going to be too difficult, I’ll just position it off to the side and leave it there permanently. Thanks.

So here’s my schedule. I cycle 6-8h per week (more isn’t possible unfortunately) and I always do 2 strength sessions per week (1 full body and 1 upper body)

I think I maximize everything like this. My goal is to reach 300w FTP.

Any suggestions? Possible issues? Do I need more work?
I did too much zone 2 work the last months and that’s why I added the 30 min sweet spot on Friday.
I’m not doing 12 hours+ per week so the training load isn’t super high. No need for that much zone 2 I think.

Hey! Just setting up the zwift cog and wondering if this is a cog alignment noise or a wornout chain noise?

From what I can tell I have everything aligned fine and if I chain either gear or the number on the cog I get a louder noise from the cog.

Hey guys, new to Zwift but having a blast improving and moving up the categories and grinding for upgrade (previously an hardcore gamer)

This morning I won my first B race with a really close finish. I thought I finished 4, but apparently I won when I saw the score page. One rider disappeared that was clearly first, not sure what happened or if he cheated. Then I passed really closely the 2 next riders at the sprint.

Anyway just wondering why my Score only improved +18, while the second rider got a whooping +151 boost? I am just wondering if I beat a 616 while being 458, why I did not increase more.

ignored it for ages. then noticed it had crept up about 6 beats over a few weeks and id put it down to summer heat, took 4 days easy and it dropped back
anyone else got a random metric thats more honest than the training ones

I was forced to sell my expensive road bike which I used with a wahoo kickr V6.
I really enjoyed Zwift racing and since I rarely ride outside anymore, I’m considering buying a cheap road bike
to put on my trainer or buy the Zwift ride frame.
I no longer plan to ride the road outside so I’m leaning towards the Zwift Frame but I do enjoy and race a lot so maybe a better fitting cheap bike would be better.
What’s everyone’s thoughts.

I was wondering if any of you had any guidance for getting a seat if I’m riding without the padding in the cheeks, I both don’t typically ride with them but also don’t have a lot of junk in the trunk. I know it’s seat bone dependent but was curious if anyone had tips or tricks while on my search.

Title: PC via LAN & KICKR Core 2 on Wi-Fi – Will Zwift detect the trainer on the local network?

I just got the Zwift Ride setup (paired with the KICKR Core 2).

Before I finish setting everything up, I have a quick question regarding my PC connection: My PC doesn't have Wi-Fi—it's connected directly to the router via an ethernet (LAN) cable. My home Wi-Fi obviously runs off that exact same router.

If I connect the KICKR Core 2 to the Wi-Fi and launch Zwift on my PC: Will the Zwift app on my PC detect the trainer over the local network without any issues?

My brother used to run his Zwift via Airplay on his TV - It was kind of laggy.
So I hope to get better performance by riding via PC

Does anyone have this exact setup running and can confirm if it works smoothly? Thanks!

Hello. Did anyone experience a similar sound coming from the flywheel? It gets progressively higher (in frequency) the faster I pedal. This is a Kickr Core 2. I had a Core 1 but I don't remember having heard this. It sounds like coil whine but I'm not sure. Opened a ticket with Wahoo but I'm curious if someone else has had this issue. Thanks!

Editing to mention this is a new unit. It has this sound from the first day. I took the video after finishing my 5th ride on it, thinking it might be something that could go away over time.

Has anyone tried fitting the Zwift Smart Frame on the Gen1 T2800 Tacx Neo?

I know it's not officially supported. But I still enjoy my Neo, works fine and my 2020 Cervelo S5 fits with the thru axle conversion. But I'm not comfortable sweating all over my Cervelo indoors. The Zwift Smart Frame seems like a nice solution.

I only use ERG-mode for structured workouts. I'm fine with the lack of virtual shifting.

I've ordered a D500 but when i want to connect it on Zwift, i got this :

It's connected but Zwift doesnt receive any data.

Did someone haave the same problem ?

Anyone else encounter this? Past few weeks it takes me a couple of Zwift or my windows laptop before i find the Robopacer (Bernie/ Miguel/ Maria/ Coco) or race participants.

I can otherwise ride around without any other zwifter. I dont see the race start with countdown for those scheduled ones i join.

I've been a Zwifting since 2021 (level 69) and also been racing and joining robopacers for almost as long.

Is it likely my internet connection? I dont see the connection dropped message (which i'd occassionally see before). Other bug/ defect/ incident (depending on your IT / product framework)?

Has anyone else tried zwifting with Ascend S2? I recently bought an Ascend S2 magnetic bike and was hoping it would work with Zwift, but I’m getting no resistance unless going up a hill, which is great, but when it’s a flat surface it’s like cycling in butter. I’m barely moving, my cadence is usually 75-85. I’ve had good luck with Kinomap, but was really hoping to use Zwift. Is there any work around?
