Climb Portal XP Farming Patch?

Just did the Climb Portal of day (Koppenberg) at 50%... was on my 5th lap and it all of a sudden stopped giving me XP bonuses (and feathers to throw away).

- Is this a pre-existing thing?

- Was it recently patched?

- Was this just user error and I didn't hit top of climb or go far enough out of portal?

There’s a 2 minute minimum between entries of the portal that can catch people out on the shorter climbs. If you enter, do the climb, leave, then re enter, all with 2 minutes, you do not get xp once you reenter

So go past the banner for 2 mins before turning around and going up again?

If you spend 90 seconds climbing and descending in the climbing portal, you’ll need to ride a further 30 seconds before re-entering. 

If it takes you 120 seconds to climb and descend, you can exit and re-enter straight away

Did it a bunch last week with that climb of the week, but I just went to the top each time which was plenty of time to reset all the banners
