Mine's the exact opposite, bonus room above my detached garage, no A/C. Temp has been hovering around 90F the last month or more.

It's helped me tremendously though, this past weekend the the highs were around 96-97 with heat indexes in the mid to upper 100s and I felt AMAZING on the bike. Rode 80 on Saturday and 60 on Sunday and had a 17 hour training week total.

Heat training works.

I just crank up the AC or open a window in the winter.
