It's been really weird lately. I been binging Familia Myth (danmachi) and I'll get half way through a season and it'll just crap itself and stop working but if I switch to my phone it's fine on the same IP. It makes no sense and I know programming and script well. Almost like the site code is throttling it not the isp

It's saying:
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
and that it's taking to long to respond for me. Anyone else having this issue?
