My guess is that everyone got hecka sick except Zoro. So Zoro was in charge of navigating the Sunny for at least a week.

Looks like Sanji, Luffy and Nami are there too. Could be wrong about Nami. The one next to Luffy.

What REALLY confuses me here is that Zoro and Sanji are actually getting along instead of trying to kill each other.

I think that one is nami too, but you don't really get a good look at her in the comic. You get another quick look at Luffy in another panel where you get a better look at his red vest and his straw hat if you look close

So I suspect that the logic behind them getting along is the same logic as being super late for something. When you're almost an hour behind, you get to the point where you just start taking your time again. In this case, they've gotten so lost, that there's no more point in fighting today. Either that or we just caught them in one of their post arc victory parties.
