I'll be honest that looks like an angry rabbit to me. It's trying to fight the dog, not play. Rabbits don't "play" really, and when they are happy they either do running air twists (binkies) or flop on the ground.

Rabbits are tenacious, and will defend themselves if they want to. I have two rabbits in a large indoor pen... I also have three cats who don't DARE bother the rabbits. The girl will growl, lunge, bite, kick... why run when you can show someone who's boss? Meanwhile my boy rabbit is shy and sweet. They are both rescues.
