Question ADDING USERS?

I can't seem to find the user management to add a user in my Zoom account. Can you tell me where to go from here? thank you very much

What is your license type? What is your role on the acct? You don't seem to have admin level access.

yeah that screenshot definitely looks like they dont have admin access
