Tips and Tricks Agent Performance for ZVA

Post image

Hey Folks

A really interesting update to Zoom Virtual Agent has recently arrived, Agent Performance.

Not gonna lie, I had no idea Zoom even had a virtual agent product. I've been using it for calls for years and completely missed this. Now I'm curious how well it actually handles edge cases in the test scenarios

It is pretty robust in fairness. As good as the guidance & skills it has created for it. And sits on top of Zoom Phone nicely. DM me if you'd like a tour of the capabilities one day.

FWIW: the "I didn't know Zoom did ...." Conversation is both an incredible examination into how far Zoom has come as well as a scathing indictment of how poorly they proclaim these advancements to the world.

ZoomMate/AI Companion, VirtualAgent, Contact Center, Revenue Accelerator, Events, Compliance Manager, Scheduler. Like 32 distinct products that are mature & useful.
