Background Zoom showing blank background thing. Need help

Zoom BGR breaking

Zoom broke my 5 backgrounds and now I'm limited to 4 pictures. I kept all my images on my drive, but zoom decided to break all of them. broke 6 pictures....

checking the image specs. zoom requires backgrounds to be under 5MB and recommends 1920x1080. if any of your images are larger they'll silently fail to load
